These Terms of Service govern the use of the website dietetykonline.pl and the professional nutrition services provided by Dietetykonlineti, based at ul. Dworcowa 1, 61-801 Poznań, Poland.
By accessing this website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide personalized diet plans and professional health consultations aimed at weight management and general wellness. All services are performed in accordance with current Polish regulations and health standards.
02. Service Delivery
Dietetykonlineti offers digital products (plans) and live online services. A contract for the provision of services is concluded once the user completes the registration form and makes a successful payment.

Personalization: Each dietary plan is crafted based on the health questionnaire provided by the client.

Timelines: Standard delivery for a customized plan is 5-7 business days from the receipt of all required data.
03. Online Consultations
"Distance should never be a barrier to clinical-grade nutritional support."
Video or voice consultations are conducted via secure, encrypted platforms. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure a stable internet connection and a private environment. We respect your time; sessions start exactly at the scheduled hour.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email to [email protected]. Failure to provide notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
04. Health Disclaimer
The information provided by Dietetykonlineti is educational and supportive in nature. While our plans are developed by professional nutritionists, they do not replace formal medical diagnosis or treatment by a physician.
05. Payments & Refunds
All prices listed on the website are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable. We accept standard secure electronic payment methods.
Under Polish Consumer Law, the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium (such as a custom diet plan) is limited once the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. However, we strive for total satisfaction—if a plan does not meet the specified requirements, please contact our Poznań office immediately.
